Step 1: Find the part number you wish to order
Step 2: Enter quantity you wish to order and add to basket
Step 3: Add more products, adjust order or proceed to checkout

Step 6: Confirm order
Step 7: Enter payment information

 

Step 1: Find the parts that you wish to order

The first step in placing an order is to find the parts you wish to purchase. We have provided several different search methods to assist you. You can use the search function by placing the part number or a brief description in the search box and clicking the ‘Go’ button. You can search by the category of parts that you want as well. On the homepage, click one of the categories listed (Batteries, Brakes, Filters, etc.) and search through the results that are returned for that category. You can follow the Catalog Index (A to Z) located at the top of the screen to find a specific part or a specific manufacturer.

For this example we enter the part number CH48110 in the search box and click the Go button.



Step 2: Enter quantity you wish to order and add to basket

Once you have found the part that you are searching for, then the next step would be to add the appropriate quantity to the shopping basket. At the far right of the part number you wish to add you will see an orange box. Put the quantity you wish to order in this box and click the ‘add’ button to place the part/s to the shopping basket. You can repeat steps one and two until you have all of the parts you wish to order in your shopping basket.



Step 3: Add more products, adjust order or proceed to checkout

You can add more products by using one of the methods listed above. The products that you have added will stay in your shopping cart.

You can adjust your order by changing the quantity or by removing the product from your shopping cart and then clicking the Recalculate button.

You can also proceed to the checkout screens by clicking the Checkout button




Step 4: Enter buyer/shipping information

If you are a returning customer, just enter the email address and password that you entered for your previous order and your billing and shipping information will automatically be filled in for you. You can then click the Continue button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next step.

If you are a new customer, click the ‘checkout button’ and fill out the customer information and a ship to address if different than the billing address. Once you have completed this, then click the ‘Continue’ button.



Step 5: Choose a shipping option

Please select a shipping method by clicking the round button next to your preferred shipping method. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed to final order review.



Step 6: Confirm order

Please review the order at this time to ensure that all of the parts that you wished to order are included. If you are satisfied that everything is correct then click the 'Continue' button to proceed to payment options.

 

Step 7: Enter payment information

This is the last step towards processing your order. At this screen you will choose the payment option you plan to use. You can click the ‘Pay Using Paypal’ button and it will process the payment through Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card, then just choose the card you are going use and fill in the appropriate information. If you are an international customer, please print the credit card authorization letter and fax it to us completed. You can also choose to pay by wire transfer if you prefer that method. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you registered with.



Congratulations, your order has been submitted! You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you used registered with. At this point you can login to Airsuppliers.com and go to the ‘Customer Service Area’. Under the ‘My Orders’ area, you will see a link that will lead you to a list of your previous orders. From this screen you can check the order status and you can also place additional notes/questions in the order that will be sent to our sales staff.
